Admissions Process

Step 1

Attend one of our Calvary Prep Academy Info Meetings

Prior to applying, we ask all families to please try and attend one of our New Family Info Meetings. This is to ensure that all of your questions are answered as best possible prior to beginning the application process. If you cannot attend, we do ask that you please confirm you have then read over our New Family Info slides which can be found here.

Step 2

Complete the New Student Application Form

This application provides TCA (Calvary Prep Academy) with the basic family information, emergency contacts, as well as, relevant medical conditions and general education history.  Additionally, completing the permissions in the application enables a potential student to be on the school campus for a shadow day. Online admission ensures the application will be stamped with the date and time received.  This date will be used, if necessary, to determine the order of admission in the event of a class closure due to space availability.

Note: There is a $50 one time application fee per student. Note: All students must be five years of age by September 1st in order to attend Kindergarten.

Please contact our Principal at to request more information and an application form, if interested.

Step 3

Tour, interview and evaluation will be scheduled upon the submission of the above paperwork.

Placement testing is required as appropriate for all new students starting at TCA (Calvary Prep Academy).  The assessments and family interviews will determine the appropriate grade level of a student’s Math and English skills in relation to our curriculum and to ensure our school is a good fit for your family.

Step 4

Once a final decision has been made by both the family and the school, registration can occur, and the spot in the classroom will be reserved upon receipt of applicable fees.
