Admissions Process

Step 1

Complete the New Student Application Form

This application provides TCA with the basic family information, emergency contacts, as well as, relevant medical conditions and general education history.  Additionally, completing the permissions in the application enables a potential student to be on the school campus for a shadow day. Online admission ensures the application will be stamped with the date and time received.  This date will be used, if necessary, to determine the order of admission in the event of a class closure due to space availability.

Note: There is a $50 one time application fee per student. Note: All students must be five years of age by September 1st in order to attend Kindergarten.

Step 2

Tour, interview and evaluation will be scheduled upon the submission of the above paperwork.

Placement testing is required as appropriate for all new students starting at TCA.  The tests determine the appropriate grade level of a student’s Math and English skills in relation to our curriculum.  At each grade level, the target score is “proficient.”

Step 3

Once a final decision has been made by both the family and the school, registration can occur, and the spot in the classroom will be reserved upon receipt of applicable fees.
